Thank You For Helping Us Make Change!

Our Change for Change in Guatemala Initiative concluded at UnConventional where we gave prizes and praise for those who went above and beyond to help support our campaign.

When we launched the Change for Change in Guatemala Initiative, we did it with the hope to unite our Posh tribe and combine our energy, resources, talents, and time to improve the lives of women everywhere. With your help we achieved that goal by working together to raise more than $45,000 for our Posh family in Quatepeque, Guatemala.

The average cost to supply little ones with formula and supplements in Guatemala is roughly $100 a day. If you do the math you'll see our goal of $40,000 passes the annual cost. At Posh, we always try to go above and beyond, so it humbles us to have your support in passing our initial goal.

Needless to say, the response we received throughout our Change for Change in Guatemala was astounding and extremely humbling. It's very touching to see how much we can accomplish by uniting as a tribe and work towards a common goal. Infants and toddlers in Quatepeque will now have enough food in their bellies to grow healthy and strong. As a guardian or parent, it's a relief to know your little ones have food and are being cared for.

It's great to belong to a company devoted to naturally based ingredients and that is why Perfectly Posh is proud to partner with organizations like AgroAmerica who help responsibly source palm oil while supporting the communities who assist in harvesting it. Apart from helping us feel good about the products we sell and use, AgroAmerica is also a leader when it comes to helping the communities from which they work.

Thank you for joining us and AgroAmerica in supporting these mothers in a different kind of pampering way.

Our NEW Special Day - Yellow Day

Yellow, the color of sunshine, hope, and happiness. In some cultures, yellow represents peace. In Japan, yellow stands for courage. In India, yellow is the color of merchants. I think we can all agree that the color yellow is fun, friendly, enhances mood, and makes us feel warm, welcome, and comfortable.

For those of you who joined us on Yellow Day, I'm sure you saw and felt the power and meaning of our foundation's color, yellow.

Yellow Day was created to be a special day that is set aside to serve as a reminder of the foundation's mission and purpose, which is to unite as a whole and work together to help pamper those in need. So, on Tuesday, July 10th, we launched our FIRST-EVER Yellow Day for one last push to help our Posh Family in Coatepeque, Guatemala.

At Spring Day Away, we presented a goal to provide a years worth of formula and supplements for the infants and toddlers of the mothers who harvest our Rainforest Alliance Certified palm oil. The response and support we have received has been humbling and overwhelmingly amazing. Posh is all about pampering, but there's an added benefit of the overall experience knowing that we can feel good about the products we use.

With your generous support and donations, we have almost reached out goal!

This initiative ends today, July 12th. We want to thank you and give you the recognition you deserve, which is why we will be wrapping this up at UnConventional in Nashville. So, if you want goodies, prizes, and recognition from main stage, you must submit your donations by 11:59 PM MT via PayPal to

National Volunteer Month Recap and One Last Guatemala Push!

Our wonderful team at Consultant Support.

Our wonderful team at Consultant Support.

Volunteers come in all ages, shapes, and sizes. They pick a cause and make a difference in someone’s life. Sometimes the difference is dropped into a bucket. Other times the difference creates a tidal wave of change. Either way, the impact of volunteers coming together to tackle challenges and build stronger communities is a rewarding experience, which is how April became National Volunteer Month. In 1991, part of President George H. W. Bush’s 1,000 Points of Light campaign was to recognize and celebrate volunteers and “…community organizations that are spread like stars throughout the Nation, doing good.”

When the Keep Palm & Posh On initiative launched in January, Home Office witnessed the outpouring of support and donations from our Consultants, customers, family, & friends. Needless to say, Home Office was inspired to follow the example of our Consultants and help collect Change for Change in Guatemala.

In preparation of Summer Day and UnConventional, we weren't able to go into the community and volunteer. So, on April 1st, we gave each Home Office and Consultant Support staff member a yellow cup and challenged them to fill it up with as much loose change as they could until May 2nd. While HO & CS were competitively finalizing their change collection, we were in Anaheim and Baltimore for Summer Day Away. On stage at Day Away, we encouraged attendees to do the same, so we presented a challenge to see which table could fill their yellow, white, or black bucket on their table until the conclusion of the event where the winning table would win.

When all was said and done, April turned out to be a very successful month fundraising month because Home Office, Consultant Support and Summer Day Away locations collectively raised $6,000 for our Posh family in Guatemala.

Our Guatemala initiative will conclude in Nashville at UnConventional where we will reward our donors with prizes, NEW products, and recognition from the main stage.

We've almost hit our goal in providing a year’s worth of formula to the infants and toddlers in our Guatemalan community. Let's continue to Posh On and help the Guatemalan mothers who help support us!

We ask that you please submit donations via PayPal to no later than Thursday, July 12.

From the anonymous volunteers who quietly donate their resources to those at the forefront, the You Deserve It Foundation thanks you for your service and passion in supporting our two-fold mission, which is to provide pampering for a little relief and to unite and do something to help those in need.

Keep Palm & Posh On Initiative

Our top secret mission to Guatemala was a difficult secret to keep! However, we knew the impact would be worth the wait for YOU as well as the hardworking mothers who support their families working on sustainable farms that harvest the palm oil used in our products.

We witnessed firsthand the commitment, dedication, and passion these working women have toward growing and harvesting certified sustainable palm oil. The amount of love and respect they showed toward the jungle (and Earth) appeared to be a mutual relationship between Mother Earth and the mothers of the children we want to help.

The You Deserve It Foundation will be pampering these working mothers by way of peace of mind knowing their children will be receiving the nutrients and treatment needed to grow healthy and strong.

We are doing our part to POSH ON and hope you’ll join our efforts to raise more awareness for responsibly sourced palm oil and how good businesses support sustainability.

From January 26th through April 30th, the You Deserve It Foundation will be fundraising money for the Center for Human Development in southwestern Guatemala. Your support and donation will help provide treatment and nutritional supplements to the malnourished infants and toddlers of the women working on sustainable palm farms.

Here's how you can help those who help support us:

Through the purchase of a Keep Palm & Posh On donation tote you will be helping to provide         treatment and nutritional supplements for the malnourished infants and toddlers of working             mothers in rural Guatemala.

Take this donation tote to all your home parties and use it as a tool to educate and raise                     awareness for responsibly sourced palm oil and how good business support sustainability. Let             customers know how our products contain responsibly contain responsibly sourced palm oil and       that they can feel good about using our products.

Use this tote to collect money and loose change from your customers, family, and friends. Let           them know their donation supports sustainability and working women throughout the world.

Who said fundraising can’t be fun? So, let’s see who or which team can raise the most money from now until April 30th. Throughout the campaign, prizes will be earned and shoutouts will be yelled, so let’s do some good, have fun, and POSH ON!

And if you're wondering what to do with all the change and money you raise, here's two options:

     1) Deposit the money collected into your checking account and mail that amount in the form of       a check payable to The You Deserve It Foundation. You can mail the check to:

          The You Deserve It Foundation

          Attn: Brett Muramoto

          222 South Main Street

          Suite 1600

          Salt Lake City, UT 84101

     2) Deliver your change and/or check in-person at Day Away on May 1st!

We are very excited about this fundraising campaign and hope you are too! If you have any questions, please email me at

Thank you for your support!

* A large portion of all proceeds will go towards the Center for Human Development.

Special Operations Warrior Foundation

Special Operations Warrior Foundation

In honor of Veteran's Day and to those who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces, Perfectly Posh, with your help, will donate $1 and on Chunk™ to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation

Why did we choose Special Operations Warrior Foundation? You may or may not know this, but our very own CIO, Elvis Cernjul, is a Veteran. The truth is Elvis proposed this campaign to our Executives and they thought it was a great idea! Needless to say, Elvis chose an foundation close to home and that is how we selected Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

Elvis worked very close with us throughout the launch of this campaign and shared the following:

Before 9/11, and every single day since, these quiet professionals are directly engaging the enemy around the world. In fact, special ops members are deployed to 70% of the world to train foreign entities or engage in kill/capture missions. Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides some sense of comfort knowing that if something happens, this charity will be there to help their children get an education and provide immediate financial assistance to ensure family can be bedside for wounded Special Operations Forces members.

Here's how to help:

  • Buy a SPECIAL Posh to Meet You, which includes 2 Chunks instead of 1, plus a Big Fat Yummy Hand Creme and a lip balm, over Veteran's Day Weekend and we'll donate an additional Chunk plus $1 from each purchase.
  • The donation and product will be delivered to Special Operations Warrior Foundation in early December in the name of thankful Posh Consultants and customers.
  • Act fast because this special opportunity runs from Friday, November 10th at 10:00 AM (MT) through Monday, November 13th at 9:59 AM (MT).

To the men and women in uniform serving today and to those who have served in the past, we honor you today and everyday!

Hurricane Irma Relief Effort

Amid the devastation of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, the people of Texas, Florida, and the surrounding states people have continued to come together to help those in need. Their harrowing stories show tremendous bravery and helps restore faith in humanity.

One such story involves our Houston-based vendor and the tale of “the Chunk that almost wasn’t.” Due to safety and evacuation planning, all FedEx and UPS shipping centers surrounding this vendors’ fragrance house were temporarily closed for business. However, nothing was going to hold this vendor back from helping us meet our manufacturing deadline. So, he loaded up his personal truck, took the only accessible road out of town, and drove 98 miles to the nearest FedEx shipping center to make this month’s Splurge possible.

Because of him, for each Poppy Love Chunk sold, Perfectly Posh will be donating another Chunk to help with the Hurricane Irma Relief Effort. This Chunk will be donated to the Orange County Public School, which will be distributed between its four surrounding elementary schools. Also, everyone who purchases a Poppy Love Chunk will receive a code for $1 off their next Chunk purchase.

You’ve helped us raise close to $55,000 for hurricane relief, but let’s not stop there. Help us donate more to those in need.

Because of your generosity, we sold EVERY Poppy Love Chunk! Needless to say, Perfectly Posh shipped 20,000 Chunks to the Orange County Public School!

Hurricane Harvey Relief

Help us help our friends in Houston!

Perfectly Posh has many beloved business owners, valued friends, and amazing customers in and around the Houston area. Our thoughts and prayers are with them through this terrible storm. So, let's come together and help with resources, too!

Starting on August 29 through August 31, we encourage every Perfectly Posh Consultant to hold and online, in home, and/or Facebook party Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. In conjunction, Perfectly Posh will donate 5% of EVERY order placed on these days to the American Red Cross for relief and aid of our friends in Houston who've suffered from the storm.

During the last two months, a confluence of hurricanes, floods and earthquakes brought us together to provide relief for those in need. Then Las Vegas, the nation’s playground, witnessed the worst mass shooting in U.S. history — the latest in this peerless series of catastrophes. Together, they've shadowed the nation with sorrow and anxiety.

So, I hope this update provides some light and joy to your day.

On August 29-31, Perfectly Posh encouraged you to hold your own “Party with a Purpose!” In return, we promised to donate 5% of all volume to the American Red Cross along with a full trailer of pampering product for the relief and aid of our friends in Houston.

With your help, we were able to deliver a generous monetary donation (and full trailer of product) to the American Red Cross. For a large event like Hurricane Harvey, American Red Cross segregates the funds that are dedicated to Hurricane Harvey so that donations they receive for Hurricane Harvey go towards caring for the people and communities affected by this disaster. This donation will be used to prepare for, respond to, and help recover from this disaster. This includes providing food, shelter, relief supplies, emotional support, recovery planning and other assistance as well as supporting the vehicles, warehouses, technology and people that make help possible. Our full trailer of product will be distributed between 2 mega shelters and 4 community shelters.

These donations were made possible because of you – THANK YOU!!!

We would also like to thank our fellow sister Consultants, Martha Cantu and Monica Cantu for distributing our pampering products at their National Night Out Event. This annual event brought the community together where local vendors and volunteers distributed supplies and donations to those who needed it. Interesting fact, Monica is a 911 Dispatcher for the City of South Houston and the Community Operations Director for the South Houston Police Officers Association. She worked directly with first responders when Hurricane Harvey first hit land.
